follow the steps below:
The first  : open run
second   : input cmd then enter
Third     : Insert the following script


shutdown / s / f / t laptop or computer time to die
example: shutdown /s /f /t 3600
means the computer or laptop will die within 1 hour

if you want to only 30 minutes, then you change the number 3600 to 1800
